Bridal Shower + Bachelorette Weekend

Writing this post and looking back on the two weeks of my Bridal Shower and Bachelorette weekend fills my heart with so much joy on these moments and the people that were apart of them! Throughout the entire process of wedding planning, I never realized that I not only was celebrating the joining of Andrew and me in marriage but that it was meant that I was going to get showered with love by family and friends, and boy did they shower me!

SO with that being said,

This post will be a little different, in the fact, that I’ll be sharing bits and pieces of both weekends and linking all of the outfit details underneath the pictures in case any of you Brides to Be need some cute bridal gear or so wedding inspo!

Boho Bridal Shower

My Bridal Shower was Boho themed and my girls did not disappoint! We rented the upstairs party room of a small cafe in Conway, SC called The Trestle and my Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids made this shower the Boho Bridal Shower of my DREAMS! I mean, y’all, I even had an ICED COFFEE BAR!

On TOP of the Iced Coffee Bar, the girls got some of my favorite foods together for the shower including Publix Wraps. Hummus and chips, veggies, my momma’s famous pasta salad, and her homemade CUPCAKES!

Bachelorette Weekend in the Mountains

My bachelorette weekend was in Asheville, NC. The girls rented a cabin in Lake Lure and we were about 20 minutes from Chimney Rock, where all the pictures are from below. We spent our Saturday morning in Chimney Rock at a cute little coffee shop and then we hiked Chimney Rock, which honestly was one of the most beautiful views and experiences ever. Minus the 100+ stairs we climbed and A LOT of walking I was not prepared for, it was amazing.

After spending the rest of our day in Downtown Asheville eating and shopping we headed back to the cabin to get ready for our GNO!

I was super extra and made my girls each wear something leopard print in honor or Shania Twain (big fangirl over here) and they did NOT disappoint!

I just need to say how incredibly grateful I am to have so many beautiful and supportive women in my life. Throughout this process of wedding planning, the bridal shower, bachelorette weekend and many mini breakdowns, I have been shown the beauty of true friendships. These girls that planned my Bridal Shower and Bachelorette Weekend are some the of best people I have ever had the chance to know and call my best friends. These ladies are like sisters to me and to know that we have a friendship that will last us throughout every season of our lives is something that I’ve dreamed of as a little girl, true, Godly, and supportive friendships.

There are not enough words or blog posts to thank you, ladies, for all that you did for me, and how special you made this season of my life, but thank you. Thank you for the memories, the laughs, the tears, the support, and the friendship you each have given me. I love you all so dearly. ALSO, THANK YOU FOR THE BEST BRIDAL SHOWER AND BACHELORETTE WEEKEND EVER!

Love,

Gab
